Small Format Colour A4/A3
Digital short run printing has now become more cost effective than conventional litho, and using the latest canon equipment and technology,networked to our computers,we have the capacity to print over 70 A4 images per minute from your file. Ideal for brochures, leaflets and posters, our machines can automatically print double-sided, collate and staple, and our flexible finishing can create a4 and a5 booklets ready folded and saddle stitched.Your work can be printed on a range of paper weights, from 80gsm through to 200 and even 250 gsm card! We can advise you on other materials that are available.
Small format black and white A4/A3
With the same finishing capabilities, and again networked to our computers, our high volume machines can produce well over 100 A4 copies per minute. With minimum cost, we can print reports, dissertations, flyers and much more direct from your digital files or hard copy.
Without having to re- collate, we can also produce documents that contain both black and white and colour images.
Large Format Digital Inkjet Printing
Large format colour printing can make a memorable impression.
From architectural presentations, posters, roll-up displays, point-of-sale, and many other applications, we can produce high quality inkjet images quickly and at an affordable price.
Using two canon wide format pigment ink printers, we can produce brilliant graphic colour prints, without any banding, and at a speed that would have been impossible a few years ago.
UV pigment inks yield minimal colour shifts, and their light fastness gives them a great advantage over conventional dye-bases inks.
We can print up to a metre wide, and by almost any length, and the media that are available to print on will give you huge flexibility in choosing how your finished work will look.

Finishing Services
We offer a professional finishing service, in house, for all large and small format prints.
Mounting and laminating will protect and add resilience to your artwork, whilst encapsulating will protect and often enhance colour images and help repel moisture and dust.
We can mount and seal up to a metre wide ,on foamboard and foamex; perfect for presentations and exhibitions, and we can help to provide just the right solution to put the finishing touches to your project.
We can also encapsulate up to metre wide, and it can provide a perfect finish for covers of brochures and various artwork. Matt and gloss are both available and the lustre finish is ideal for roll up displays.
Experience has taught us that wire-binding is the most cost effective and economical way to finish a book or brochure, it will open out flat, and is essentially tear resistant. We also offer a saddle stitching service, and can 2 or 4 hole punch your documents for insertion into binders.
Large Format Black and White
Because of the commitment to the colour side of our business, Touchpaper does not, at this time, operate a comprehensive plan printing service. However, through our hp1050 plotter, we can output your cad files quickly and economically and we and produce black and white copies at high quality up to A0 size from files or hard copy. Because of our scanner capabilities, we can also enlarge or reduce from, and to, any size and scale.
Scanning
Most businesses are able to scan images up to A3 size. Indeed many people have that facility within the home environment. But what about scanning requirements that exceed that size?
Touchpaper is one of the very few high street copy bureaus in South Wales that can solve that problem. We have the facility to scan, at high resolution, images in black and white or colour up to 36 inches wide and by just about any length!
This means that if you don't have a digital file, we can scan and print directly from your hard copy, at 100% and enlarge or reduce. We can also scan your image and burn it to cd in any format you wish, such as a j.peg, tiff or pdf. From that file, you'll then be able to print facsimile copies time after time.
Many architects and architectural students use this service. They'll work on and render the scanned image, and return it to us for outputting their final image.
More and more artists*, graphic designers, architects and construction companies, now use this service, and with the added ability to scan up to 5mm thick board, we can now solve a great many problems, that had proven difficult in the past.

Collection and Delivery
More and more files are e-mailed to us for outputting to print. But we’ve still got to get them back to the client. We have several vans that can collect and deliver the largest of jobs, quickly and with no charge. If a disc or small items need to be collected or returned within the city centre, we will send Cardiff cycles couriers (ever reliable) to pick them up; again at no cost to the customer. We know how important deadlines are, so we respond as quickly as we can.
